The Genomics Core is a full-service NGS core lab capable of providing project planning, nucleic acid extraction, library preparation, quality control, Illumina, 10X Genomics, and Oxford Nanopore sequencing, as well as other lab services upon request. We also offer bioinformatics consultations and analysis services.

Begin a New Project

  1. Fill out our online service request form.
  2. You will receive an email confirming your request. A consultation can be scheduled if desired.
  3. Once the project plans are finalized, you will receive a quote for service, an electronic sample manifest form, instructions for sample processing and delivery, and an expected turn-around-time.
  4. Upon project completion, you will receive an invoice. Delivery of data and/or analyzed results will be coordinated. Samples undergoing nucleic acid extraction, QC, and/or shearing can be shipped or picked up.
